Our education training events are practical, "action oriented" and "situational," based in the questions and dilemmas of real faith-based organizations. Variations in learning strategies, format and methodology help create a safe environment where people from varying cultures and traditions feel comfortable in participating actively. Trainers do not only "give answers" but facilitate participants' finding their own answers, working as a group to create new knowledge. We currently offer the following training events:
