Community Economic Leadership Summit The Community Economic Leadership Summit (CELS) equips faith and community leaders in the foundational knowledge to develop commercial and industrial projects in low-investment neighborhoods. The CELS lays the groundwork for organizations to create an effective, business plan, strategies and activities to improve effectiveness and/or drive positive long-term economic and social policy in low-income communities.
