EQUIPPING SEMINARS

In addition to celebrating best-practices and networking, three (3) tracks of equipping seminars will be offered targeting areas critical to today's churches and nonprofits. Each event participant will be able to select and attend two seminars.

TRACK 1
Funding Your Vision and Mission
TRACK 2
Outreach that Serves the Community
TRACK 3
Collaboration
This track provides practical strategies and immediate tactics that can be employed to positively impact the key cornerstone of any church or nonprofit—gaining enough financial support to fulfill their God-given vision and mission. This track is designed to "ignite" churches, organizations and individuals to serve those in low-income, high need areas either by starting an organization or joining with other efforts. This track was created to equip and motivate churches and nonprofits to collaborate together and with others for improved resource pooling and utilization to ultimately affect a greater impact on the community.

COLLABORATIVE EXERCISE: BUILDING SOLUTIONS TOGETHERTM

Following the keynote speaker, attendees will participate in a 70-minute interactive exercise. This segment of the program will provide an opportunity to harness the collective knowledge and experiences of conference participants in a collaborative, small group setting by working together to develop strategies and/or solutions for one or more of the concepts shared by the speaker and/or during the event. Final information will be gathered from all of the groups, compiled and shared with all attendees post-conference.
